Regional Head of Quality – Continental Europe
Role Context
This role exists to implement strategic initiatives, drive cultural transformation, and ensure organizational excellence delivering our Projects and Services.
It plays a critical part in facilitating Quality Assurance and Quality Control planning and drive programs that builds on our strong Quality culture across the sub‑region.
By setting and measuring goals and ensuring synergy between people, processes, and tools, the role enables flawless and consistent execution of Projects and delivery of Services. It also focuses on building a competitively superior organization by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent —ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time to meet evolving project needs.

Customer/Stakeholder Advocacy
- Ensure Worley Standards are fully understood and integrated into project quality plans through Quality planning and implementation of Quality activities. Ensuring that the Customer expectations are inbuilt into project Quality programs.
