We are looking for an ambitious German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to guide our growing portfolio of enterprise clients.In this role, you will serve as a strategic marketing consultant responsible for onboarding new businesses, maximizing their pay-per-click ROI, and reducing account churn. Operating within a fast-moving tech environment, you will interface directly with key corporate decision-makers to align performance marketing tools with their broader commercial objectives.

Key Duties
- Own the full onboarding experience for new accounts, from initial campaign design to setup and launch.
- Conduct regular phone consultations across your portfolio to educate clients and unlock new growth avenues.
- Evaluate distinct business goals to build custom, long-term digital marketing strategies.
- Keep client records and communication histories up to date in the CRM system.
- Review account analytics regularly to deliver actionable optimization strategies and performance updates.
- Guide clients on connecting search campaigns with their full marketing ecosystem,



including landing page optimization, audience setup, and creative testing.
- Channel regional insights and customer feedback to internal marketing and product teams.

Candidate Qualifications
- Languages: C1 or C2 level German (fluent standard rather than native-only) combined with professional working proficiency in English.
- Account Management: Background in managing enterprise client relationships independently while navigating CRM systems.
- Communication: Comfort with high-volume, phone-first outreach to cultivate trust and retain accounts.
