Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Direct Channel Specialist to manage a portfolio of hotel partners and drive revenue growth through their direct booking channels. As the main point of contact between Roiback and our clients, you will provide strategic guidance on digital marketing, pricing, and revenue optimization while delivering an excellent customer experience and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage and grow the performance of an assigned portfolio of hotel accounts.
- Maximize direct channel revenue through website optimization, commercial strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Advise clients on pricing, revenue management, and direct distribution best practices.
- Collaborate with the Online Marketing team to develop and optimize SEM and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve competitiveness, profitability, and return on investment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business discussions with clients.
- Prepare and present monthly reports, including insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Promote and implement Roiback's products and value-added solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve issues efficiently.
