At Morgan Philips Outsourcing , we are partnering with one of Europe's leading airlines, based in Barcelona, to recruit a Safety Data Analyst .
This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven professional who wants to apply their analytical expertise to a high-impact environment where every insight contributes to operational excellence, crew wellbeing and aviation safety.
You will play a key role in analysing operational data, identifying trends and risks, and supporting strategic decisions related to human performance and fatigue management across flight operations.

Your key responsibilities
- Analyse crew scheduling and operational data to assess fatigue-related risks.
- Review and investigate fatigue reports, identifying root causes and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with Crew Planning and Operational teams to improve scheduling practices and crew recovery opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards and actionable insights for management.
- Monitor safety and fatigue indicators, proposing mitigation strategies when necessary.
- Support aviation safety audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Deliver awareness and training initiatives on fatigue risk management.
- Participate in innovative projects involving biometric and operational performance data.

What we're looking for
Background
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Analytics, Aviation Management or a related discipline.
- Additional training in Human Factors, Safety Management
