Scopely is looking for a Sr Motion Designer to join our Marketing Creative Services team, Flamed, in our Barcelona office on a hybrid basis (3 days at the office).

We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. You will primarily work on MONOPOLY GO , one of the top mobile games on the market, and may also support other IPs in our extensive portfolio as needed.

What you will do:

Animation & Motion Graphics: Design and execute high-quality 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for UA Ads, Social Media, In-Game Cinematics and promotional materials.





Visual Storytelling: Translate static artwork, storyboards, and wireframes into engaging, lively animations that enhance the player experience and match the vibrant, playful style of Monopoly GO.

Iterative Design: Actively participate in review sessions, absorb feedback from Art Directors and peers, and iterate rapidly to polish animations to the highest quality.

Asset Optimization: Maintain organized project files and follow best practices for asset delivery, ensuring all motion files are optimized for a smooth mobile gaming experience.

Quality Focus: Work with an attention-to-detail attitude in a constructive cross-feedback environment.

What you will need:

5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, advertising, entertainment marketing or related fields.

An excellent video reel (Mandatory) that demonstrates expert-level motion design and animation.
