IT Account Manager - Ireland (m/f/d)

As an Account Manager you will be the bridge between Allianz Technology stakeholders and the customers. Your customer will be the Operating Entities of Allianz Group to which Allianz Technology deliver IT services.

Attend quarterly Account Meeting with customers´ stakeholder including COO and CIO – Chief Investment Officer (preparation, topics leading, follow-up). Run Net Promoter Score exercise (e.g. Monthly financial meeting (customer management level/dispute handling), issue & escalation management including but not limited to Financial & contractual topics.




Customer Intelligence - manage external communication towards customer on various topics such as Planning Dialogue, Service introduction, and Tools and Process onboarding.
Manage communication on contracts changes, annual IT service order and ensure complete signoff from customers as well as quarterly Operations Manual review (clarification on new services and its respective SLAs, price Communication annual/ad hoc, addition / deletion of governance meetings / processes etc.).
Tracking and closure of Overdue Receivables and controlling of monthly payments – interface to Cash Collection Team. Conduct annual planning with customers and Allianz Technology Service Organization, minimize risks in the Year End Steering with proper follow-up on charging status versus plan and conduct monthly/quarterly financial committee meeting.
Ensure all charging are coming from proper demand governance.

A relevant university degree (Master's degree preferred) with 5-6 years of professional experie
