Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing software-level support, automation, deployment, and technical troubleshooting for strategic customers, including on-site support when required.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth server and data center deployments, drive root cause analysis for software and system issues,



and deliver high-quality technical solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

Perform system-level software validation, deployment, and testing for strategic customers, including functional, stress, regression, and automation scripting for server environments.
Provide technical support for strategic customer issues by performing root cause analysis, driving resolution, and ensuring clear internal coordination and timely communication.
Support on-site deployment and validation activities at customer data centers, requiring travel to customer sites as needed.
Lead or participate in failure analysis for critical issues and prepare 8D reports, clearly documenting root causes, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, deployment procedures, automation scripts, evaluation reports, and customer status dashboards
