As a Business Development Representative on our team, you will:
- Manage outbound lead qualification activities as part of the BDR2 hybrid team, including reviewing assigned MQLs, MQAs, and MCLs, taking action within agreed response times, and updating lead status, notes, and activities in Salesforce.
- Validate and qualify leads by confirming business pain points or challenges, identifying the decision-maker or key influencer, and confirming the expected timeframe.
- Create and update the required lead, contact, account, and opportunity records in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the opportunity handoff process by converting qualified leads into opportunities and scheduling handoff calls with the prospect and Account Executive.
- Maintain supporting records, activities, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of lead and opportunity progress.
