Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a driven Commercial Excellence Specialist to support the Trays sales organisation by strengthening day-to-day commercial operations, sales processes and CRM governance. Working across the business,



you will help Account Managers operate effectively, act as the key Salesforce contact for the Trays segment and turn business needs into practical improvements. This is an influential role for someone who enjoys connecting people, systems and processes to improve sales productivity and help achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities

Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations in line with the Roles & Responsibilities SLA framework.
Act as business owner for selected Salesforce initiatives, including the mobile experience, opportunity UX and Outlook integration.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with IT to support consistent delivery and a best-in-class user experience.
Coordinate testing and alignment with sales team members and relevant functions to support successful delivery.
Serve as CRM Key User for Trays and the direct point of contact for CRM Champion
