As a Security Officer Unarmed Site Patrol in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to site leadership.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site-specific procedures.
