Responsibilities and tasks:
Take care of the customer area
Meetings booking
Arrangement of the rooms due the meeting needs
Greet and welcome guests on arrival at the office
Ensure office premises are tidy and presentable at all times
Procurement of office supplies and stock inventory
Booking,



preparation and maintenance of meeting rooms and coordination of internal meetings and logistics related
Ensure IT systems work appropriately to support all lines of business (printers, projectors, VCR, etc...)
Facility ticket support as well as incent resolution
Vending and common vendors coordination with the rest of colleagues (a.g. catering, water vendor, vending, office supplies)
Needs:
Fluent English
Proactive
Excellent communicator, good organizer and experienced at multitasking
Service attitude. Customer Focus
Teamwork & Collaboration
Challenge Complexity
MS office skills (Word, Excel), Teams, Zoom and other communication tools
