Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking an experienced System Validation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing system-level validation, troubleshooting, and technical support to strategic customers, including on-site support when required.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments, drive root cause analysis, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

Perform system-level validation and testing of IPMI, Redfish, BIOS, firmware, and software tools for strategic customers, including functional, stress, regression, and automation testing.
Provide technical support for strategic customer issues by performing root cause analysis, driving resolution, and ensuring clear internal coordination and timely communication.
Support on-site deployment and validation activities at customer data centers, requiring travel to customer sites as needed.
Lead or participate in failure analysis for critical issues and prepare 8D reports, clearly documenting root causes, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test procedures, evaluation reports, and customer status dashboards.
Participate in customer and internal issue review meetings, providing technical updates
