They combine strategic thinking, creativity, technology and deep understanding of consumer behaviour to help global brands build stronger connections with their audiences and drive business growth.
You will lead the global social ecosystem across paid, owned and earned , elevating social media from a channel to a strategic growth driver within the client's transformative operating model.
You will define the global social media vision, governance frameworks and and keep up with the media shifts and trends, while enabling local markets to activate with agility and cultural relevance.
You will act as the global authority on social strategy, platform evolution, creator ecosystems & community engagement,



ensuring the client continues to build its brand position.
- Develop full-funnel global social media strategies supporting brand, launch and performance objectives.
- Define the role of social within the broader digital and media ecosystem.
- Establish platform-specific roles and priorities (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, emerging platforms).
- Shape the long-term social roadmap aligned with the brand transformation goals.
- Define the integral influencer marketing and creator strategy, establishing the role of creators within the full- funnel social ecosystem and aligning partnerships with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Create global social playbooks, toolkits and activation guidelines.
- Define global KPIs, benchmarks and reporting standards.
- Ensure alignment between global HQ, creative agency and local markets.
- Monitor compliance with brand safety, privacy regulations and platform policies.
