Main Responsabilities
- Lead the negotiation and execution of comprehensive annual commercial plans with assigned National Key Accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with the company's Commercial Policy.
- Assume full P&L; responsibility for the assigned portfolio, focusing on maximizing account profitability and strategically managing trade spending, promotions, and commercial tariffs.
- Design, implement, and track promotional calendars and trade marketing activities across national accounts to optimize sales volume, market share, and efficiency.
- Actively identify and prospect potential new partners at a national level.
- Proactively conduct continuous market surveillance, focusing on competitor activities, category trends, and shifts in customer strategy, to inform and adapt our negotiation appr
