Your mission will be to provide accurate and reliable financial information to support effective decision-making. We support the firm's long-term success by delivering clear financial insights, enhancing performance, and driving continuous process improvement.
Tasks and Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain an accurate and complete overview of financial information across all jurisdictions.
- Elaborate financial and business intelligence reports and dashboards including profit and loss, cash flow, business planning, forecasting, KPIs,



and return on investment analysis across initiatives (campaigns, services, projects) and business units.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, delivering accurate and insightful reports to management.
- Provide visibility into profitability by business unit, service, and client, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Team and Process Management
- Manage the Finance and Administration team and processes, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive the optimal use of company tools and resources, continuously seeking opportunities for process automation and innovation.
- Own financial processes originating both within and outside the Finance department that have a significant impact on financial performance.

Invoicing, Payments, and Collections
- Oversee invoicing and payment collection for services rendered, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
