What You Would Do As Our Service Operations Manager
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing all operational activities related to the installation, maintenance, and service delivery of integrated security systems. Combining hands-on operational leadership with long-term strategic planning, you will ensure operational capabilities, resource capacity, cost structures, and service performance are fully aligned with business growth objectives and financial targets.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will translate business strategy into operational execution while maintaining strong control over costs, margins, quality,



and customer satisfaction.

You would also be responsible for:

- Defining and executing the service operations strategy, translating business objectives into operational plans, budgets, resource requirements, and capacity models that support sustainable growth.
- Managing installation, maintenance, and service delivery activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Driving operational and financial performance through effective cost control, workforce planning, subcontractor management, margin optimization, and productivity improvements.
- Managing, developing, and coaching service managers, supervisors, and technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
