What You’ll Do You will own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of Eaton's White Space portfolio across EMEA.
You will identify market opportunities, define product requirements and work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams across EMEA and North America to drive profitable growth and innovation in one of Eaton's most strategic segments.

- IT Racks & Accessories
- Rack PDUs
- Rack Power Solutions, including DC architectures
- Aisle Containment Systems
- POD Solutions
- Superstructure Solutions
- Data Center Monitoring & Management Software





These solutions contribute to Eaton's Grid-to-Chip approach for modern cloud, colocation and AI-driven Data Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
- Manage the product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
- Own product profitability and support pricing strategy.
- Gather customer insights and monitor market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities and competitive differentiators.
- Define requirements for new product development initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Support go-to-market activities and product launches.
- Partner with integral teams to align product roadmaps.
- Provide product expertise for strategic customers and major opportunities.
