About Us
The ISE Foundation is a new industry-led initiative launched by Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) together with its co-owners AVIXA and CEDIA, and supported by the Barcelona City Council and the Government of Catalonia. Its mission is to create lasting, year-round benefits for the integral AV and systems integration industry beyond the annual exhibition. The Foundation's work is organized around three pillars: talent development and education, innovation and entrepreneurship, and social impact and community engagement. As the Foundation moves into its implementation phase, we are building a small, high-trust team that combines administrative rigor with strategic partnership to senior leadership. The Role
We are looking for a Foundation Operations & Administration Manager to take ownership of the Foundation's administrative, financial, and governance operations. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional from a foundation, non-profit,



or third-sector organization to bring their expertise in grant management, public funding, and compliance while playing a key role in shaping the Foundation's operations as it continues to grow. You will act as the key liaison between senior management, ISE Group collaborators, suppliers, public administrations, and partner organizations — bringing autonomy, structure, and versatility to a dynamic, evolving environment.
What You'll Do
Administrative & Financial Management
Coordinate the Foundation's overall administration and operational processes
Prepare payment requests and supporting documentation for processing through the Foundation's finance function.
Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and report variances.
Coordinate with the Foundation Controller and external advisors on accounting, tax, payroll and audit requirements.
Prepare financial documentation for audits from public authorities
Maintain up-to-date records, database
