Job Description

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer (Band 2) with hands-on experience in Data Center operations, network troubleshooting, switching and routing, and Smart Hands support. The engineer will be responsible for supporting network infrastructure, resolving incidents, performing rack-and-stack activities, and providing on-site technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 network support for data center network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switching, routing, VLAN, and network connectivity issues.
Perform rack-and-stack, cable management, device installation, replacement, and hardware troubleshooting.
Provide Smart Hands support for remote network teams, including physical checks and device interventions.




Monitor and resolve network incidents in accordance with SLA and ITIL-based processes.
Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and network devices.
Maintain accurate incident, change, and activity documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and remote network engineers for issue resolution.
Follow data center security, safety, and operational procedures.
