About the role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to join our HR team as a maternity leave cover.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working across different areas of HR and wants to take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, combining day-to-day operational HR support with employee-focused processes.





You’ll play an active role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, working closely with employees, managers and the wider HR team to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.

What You’ll Do
Run recruitment processes end to end, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and offers.
Make onboarding a positive experience for new hires, from the initial paperwork through their first weeks at FMIT.
Handle day-to-day personnel administration, including hires, absences, leave and employee-related matters.
Be a trusted point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance throughout their employee journey.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
Keep leadership informed on key HR topics, providing clear and relevant updates.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that help improve the employee experience and the way we work.
