We’re looking for an experienced Short-Form Drama Writer to join us on an initial project basis and help build a new AI-assisted approach to developing serialized mobile drama.

The core of the role is hands-on: developing and improving short-drama concepts and scripts,



working with AI writing tools, and using real audience and acquisition signals to make stories stronger.

We’re open to different levels of seniority. You may be a strong individual contributor with deep short-drama production experience, or a Lead / Head Writer who can also help us design the wider writing workflow and eventually build the function.

This is initially a project-based engagement, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role as the function develops and if there is a strong mutual fit.
