About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital content projects and collaborations with creators.

We’re looking for an organized, proactive and solution-oriented person, with a strong digital mindset and the ability to connect teams, clients and creators in social-first projects.

Responsibilities

Identifying, selecting and managing collaborations with content creators and influencers.
Managing agreements and coordination with agencies and external partners.
Planning, tracking and executing projects from start to finish.




Coordinating internal teams (creative, social media, production and client).
Acting as the main point of contact with clients to understand their needs and translate them to the team.
Monitoring deliverables, timelines and quality of execution.
Analysing results and preparing campaign reports.
Supporting content shoots or productions when needed.

What are we *ideally* looking for?

Solid knowledge of the TikTok and Instagram ecosystem.
Interest in digital trends, creator culture and social-first content formats.
Highly organized profile, able to manage projects with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients, teams and creators.
Native or near-native German level (C1 or higher), as some of the accounts managed will be German-speaking and regular communication with clients and stakeholders will be conducted in German.
English level B2 or
