GTM Engineer Intern | Barcelona

We don't sell decks. At TopSpin we build and run the demand generation machine for B2B companies. Real campaigns, real pipeline, real meetings booked. And we operate it ourselves.

We're looking for a GTM Engineer Intern. Here's the honest version of what that means: you'll spend your days turning data, automation and AI into meetings for our clients. Some of it is deeply satisfying. Some of it is a spreadsheet that won't behave. All of it teaches you more about how B2B revenue actually works than any classroom will.

What we care about most

Attitude. That's not a filler line, it's the whole thing. We can teach you Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, n8n and how to build AI agents that run outbound. We cannot teach you curiosity, or the instinct to poke at a broken workflow until it works, or the habit of showing up wanting to be better than you were last week. If you have that, we'll take care of the rest.

What you'll actually do
Build prospecting databases from scratch: segmentation, company and decision-maker research, enrichment, email verification.




Launch and run multichannel outbound campaigns: email, LinkedIn, phone.
Automate things with n8n. Integrations, scraping, alerts, reporting. Break them, fix them, ship them.
Work with AI in production, not in a demo: agents and MCP connectors we use every single day to run and analyse campaigns.
Look at the numbers and tell us what's not working. Especially when it's something we built.

Non-negotiables
Based in Barcelona: this is an in-office role. We build things together, at the same table.
Spanish and English, both professional level. Our clients are in both.
