The Role
We are looking for a Remote IT & Technical Support Specialist to help maintain the company's digital infrastructure and provide technical support to employees and technology projects.

This is an idóneo opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, solving technical problems and supporting a small, innovative engineering team.

Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS and Linux systems.
- Manage user accounts, devices and software.
- Assist with VPN, network and connectivity issues.
- Support cloud-based services and business applications.
- Help maintain cybersecurity and endpoint protection.
- Document technical issues and solutions.
- Assist engineering teams with IT-related requirements.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting or AI tools.

Requirements
- Degree, vocational training or equivalent experience in IT,



computer science or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant IT experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux.
- Understanding of networks, VPNs and basic cybersecurity.
- Basic scripting knowledge such as Python, PowerShell or Bash.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or similar business platforms.
- Experience with MDM or EDR solutions.
- Programming or automation experience.
- Previous experience working in a technology startup or engineering company.
