Moldboxer is building an end-to-end ecosystem for mold making. Today, we sell software licences that help creators and professionals design molds more efficiently. We are now expanding into an online store for mold-making supplies.
We operate at the intersection of mold making, 3D printing, product design, digital fabrication and the wider maker community.
Our audience already exceeds 45,000 followers across our social channels, and we are looking for someone to take ownership of how the brand shows up as the company enters this next stage.

The opportunity
We are hiring a Creative & Content Lead to own Moldboxer’s creative direction and execute the work end to end: from ideas and content planning to recording, editing, publishing and iteration.
This is a hands-on role, not a purely strategic one. In the same week, you might direct a shoot, appear on camera, edit a video, design packaging, brief a creator and review content performance.




You will work across both software and physical products, with a strong initial focus on our expansion into supplies

What you’ll own
• Set the creative and content direction for Moldboxer across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards and content calendars, then record, edit, publish and improve the work.
• Publish at least three substantial original pieces of content per week, supported by smart repurposing, reposts and simpler render-led content.
• Create organic and paid-social assets that combine strong brand storytelling with measurable performance.
• Help build the Moldboxer Studio/Lab: a practical in-house setup for reliable, high-quality recording and production.
• Own Moldboxer’s social channels and publishing workflow.
• Build a practical brandbook and design system, and evolve the visual identity where needed.
