The role
We are looking for a highly resourceful and independent Reviews & Operations Associate to lead the development of a women’s health platform.
Your primary responsibility will be finding women who have received fertility treatment, collecting detailed and authentic reviews, and building a scalable system for organizing and publishing their experiences. You will also help develop Amaley’s network of nurses, accommodations, and other patient-support resources in Spain.
This is a hands-on startup role for someone who is comfortable reaching out to a high volume of people, following up persistently, and building new projects with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
Build Amaley’s reviews platform
Identify and reach out to women who have undergone egg freezing, IVF, or other fertility treatments.
Conduct structured interviews and collect detailed, authentic patient reviews.
Develop new channels and partnerships for sourcing reviewers.
Secure and document consent before publishing patient experiences.
Organize reviews by clinic, doctor, treatment, location, cost, and patient experience.
Verify key information and distinguish patient opinions from factual claims.
Maintain an organized database of reviewers, outreach, consent, and publication status.
Help design and improve Amaley’s review-collection process.
Track review targets and provide weekly progress updates.
Identify patterns in reviews that can help patients compare clinics more effectively.
