We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SE Team Lead (m/w/d) to spear-head growth in the region. After our acquisition of Uniglobe Alliance Travel, Benelux represents our second largest market, but the best is yet to come. We are here to become one of the leading players in the region over the next 3 years.

Responsibilities

As a Team Lead, you will guide a team of 4-6 Outbound full-cycle Sales Executives to success.



Your main responsibilities will be:

Coaching reps in building repeatable processes and exceptional resilience.
Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Implementation (as part of your onboarding, you will carry a personal quota).
Challenging your team on a daily basis, applying MEDDPICC to uncover weaknesses in our largest deals.
Raising the bar for your team to consistently meet revenue and contracted revenue targets.
Forecasting new business revenue, giving full visibility of your team’s deal pipeline
Hiring and developing exceptional Sales Executives.
Collaborating with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a smooth activation and handover of signed accounts.
Collaborating with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop.
Proactively proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
