Your role at a glance
The Energy Reporting Specialist (Metering & KPIs) supports the Optimisation & Analytics Team by collecting and analysing energy data, developing dashboards and reports, and supporting metering data quality across the global portfolio. The role has a strong focus on data analysis, KPI reporting, and performance monitoring, while also supporting metering structure, data validation, and governance activities.

What we are looking for
Degree or relevant qualification in Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or related field
Strong interest in energy data, KPIs,



and performance analysis; prior experience desirable but not essential
Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel required; Power BI or similar desirable)
Basic understanding of energy metering and Building Management Systems (BMS) desirable
Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and accuracy
Ability to create clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with large datasets across multiple sites or portfolios desirable
Experience supporting compliance or reporting frameworks (e.g. ISO 50001, sustainability reporting) desirable
Proficient in English (written and verbal); German is a plus
Ability to work in multinational, interdisciplinary and culturally diverse teams
Presentation skills in formal and online settings
Eagerness to learn, develop, share experience and make a difference
Structured, organised, and proactive working style
