We're looking for someone hands-on to consolidate a high-quality courier network that is compliant with local regulations in each market we operate in. You'll build tools/frameworks/processes to spot quality, fraud, and compliance issues using no-code tools, and lead rollouts of projects working crossfunctionally with Ops, Commercial and Engineering

It's a practical, hands-on role with real ownership. Regulation in this space changes constantly, so a big part of the job is keeping our processes up to date as the rules move; you'll solve messy problems yourself, not just hand them off.

* Own key quality, fraud, and compliance metrics by defining, tracking, and reporting on them, and setting data-driven goals.
* Lead and execute projects related to local market regulations, and own the strategy for closing gaps and maintaining compliance.
* Build tools to flag and investigate fraud, abuse, and compliance issues, ranging from location spoofing and theft to the delivery of restricted goods such as alcohol.




* Partner with Engineering and Product to turn effective processes into scalable features.
* Leverage AI to help develop, launch, and scale new processes.

* Some experience in operations, support, compliance, or a similar hands-on role.
* Comfortable with no-code / low-code tools (e.g. n8n workflow automation, spreadsheets).
* Comfortable with AI tools to help you in your role, including but not limited to analysis and workflows.
* Proficient in SQL.
* Analytical and detail-oriented; you like getting to the bottom of things.
* A self-starter who can run with a problem without close supervision.
* Comfortable adapting as rules, markets, and priorities change.
* A clear communicator, comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams.
