At G+D Mobile Security, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Barcelona. This person will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale, group-wide process initiatives, ensuring smooth handover to business and service teams.

Your tasks/responsibilities
Manage and deliver process related large new group wide topics incl. hand over into business and Group Services for implementation
Design, analyze and optimize end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, quality and throughput.
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and risks through data analysis and observation.
Develop and implement process improvements, including workflow optimization and standardization.




Support business / divisions in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, IT, Process experts) to drive improvements.
Support automation and digitalization initiatives, including the integration of new AI / technologies and systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in consulting, process improvement or a similar role
Experience in process analysis, optimization
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process mapping, process modeling, and data analysis.
Good project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
