At Factorial we're looking for a new Small Accounts Operations Specialist to help us support and scale our Small Accounts organization to the next level. As part of the Operations team, you'll be in charge of optimizing our operational processes, driving key initiatives forward, and ensuring our high-volume segment runs as efficiently as possible. ?

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Operations Specialist to support and optimize the operational backbone of the Small Accounts organization.

Small Accounts is a high-volume, low-touch segment where success depends on scalable processes, efficient workflows, and strong execution.

Reporting to the Small Accounts Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring initiatives are implemented smoothly,



processes remain efficient, and teams have the operational support needed to scale effectively. You will act as a trusted execution partner, helping translate strategy into scalable day-to-day operations.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, coordinating across teams, and continuously improving how we operate.

What You'll Do ?

Operational Excellence & Process Execution

Support the day-to-day execution of the Small Accounts operating model.
Identify inefficiencies, manual tasks, and operational bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
Help document, standardize, and maintain scalable processes and playbooks.
Ensure operational initiatives are executed consistently across markets and segments.

Project & Initiative Support

Coordinate operational projects and initiatives, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Track dependencies, risks, and action items, esc
