Responsibilities:
Provide support in the administrative management, monitoring, and control of advertising projects.




Collect reports from production departments.
Assist in the creation of work budgets and procurement management.
Manage project-related documentation.
Support treasury cash flow management.
Prepare and analyze income closure reports.
Apply income recognition policies.
Collaborate in the internal and external audit processes.
Ensure the correct functioning of invoicing processes.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge of accounting.
Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel.
Comfortable coordinating schedules and tasks.
Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
Teamwork and collaboration with internal and external departments.
High level of English.
