We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, strengthening Mediktor’s positioning in the healthcare market, and driving initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and business growth worldwide.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

Develop and execute Mediktor’s content strategy, aligned with the company’s positioning, business objectives, and target audiences.
Create high value content tailored to CMOs, Heads of AI, Innovation Leaders, and other healthcare and technology decision-makers.
Own Mediktor’s digital presence, managing and growing the company’s LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels.
Develop compelling marketing assets for product new features, use cases, customer success stories, videos, website content, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, industry events and partnerships.
Work closely with Sales, Medical,



and Customer Success teams to translate business and product priorities into effective marketing initiatives and relevant market facing content.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, tracking key metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
Conduct ongoing market and competitive intelligence, identifying industry trends, emerging opportunities, competitor activity, and new ways to strengthen Mediktor’s positioning.
Support brand positioning and awareness initiatives, ensuring consistency in Mediktor’s messaging, visual identity, and value proposition across all channels and touchpoints.

WHAT YOU BRING

MUST-HAVE

Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, software, or healthcare sector.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience. We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership who is eager to make an impact.
