Who You Are

You're an experienced benefits professional who thrives at the intersection of operational execution and strategic program building. You know EMEA benefits landscapes inside and out — the regulatory nuances, the broker ecosystems,



the carrier dynamics — and you're equally energized by the challenge of building scalable processes and programs from scratch.

You'll join as a key member of the International Benefits team, initially owning EMEA benefits operations end-to-end while progressively taking on broader program management responsibilities as the function matures. This is a role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain — you'll have the opportunity to shape how Justworks delivers benefits across a rapidly expanding international footprint.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

EMEA Benefits Operations: Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets — procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support. You'll be the regional expert ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and locally relevant. 40%
