Purpose of Role
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of the brand and create standout experiences, drive sales, and keep the store looking sharp. This part‑time position requires fast‑paced, customer‑focused work and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
- Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
- Share product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Stock, straighten, and clean the store.
- Work both front and back of store as needed, including point‑of‑sale and payment processes.
- Deliver customer omni‑channel requests through digital experience.
- Demonstrate collaborative skills and work well within a team.
- Maintain speed and accuracy in a deadline‑oriented environment.
- Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about the Rewards program.
- Take ownership of self‑development and pursue growth opportunities.
- Follow Under Armour’s attendance policy and work scheduled hours.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
- At least 16 years old (18 in California).




- Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kg.
- Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
- Versátil schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
- Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable with technology such as computers, handheld, and mobile devices.
