Stark Future SL, based near Barcelona, seeks an experienced Health & Safety leader to own prevention across our factory and offices. You will set the plan, drive it through production, and manage external prevention partners as we grow beyond 500 employees.
You will report to the People Director, coordinate with HR and international engineering teams, and ensure safety training, inspections, and KPI tracking are in place. A formal stop-work authority is part of the role.
