- Implement KOMPAN's commercial strategy across the region, ensuring strong execution and market presence
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed sales team, driving performance and engagement
- Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management to ensure smooth execution
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, customers, and partnerships across the territory
- Analyse markets, competitors, and trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market position
- Own and deliver regional sales targets, forecasts, and budgets
- Monitor performance through KPIs and define action plans to maximise results
- Coordinate and support complex sales processes, including project-based opportunities and tenders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Represent KOMPAN at events,



trade fairs, and client meetings
- Ensure effective cost control and reporting of commercial activity

Требования:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ Years of experience in B2B sales, including team leadership
- Proven experience managing regional or distributed sales teams
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
- Ability to coach, develop, and align teams towards common objectives
- Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Nice to have: experience with tenders or similar structured sales processes, experience in construction, infrastructure, outdoor solutions, or related sectors
