About The Role The Client Delivery Manager is a pivotal part of Orion Health's Professional Services Group, embedded in the Delivery Hub. You'll take ownership of project delivery and account leadership across international clients, with an initial focus on France. Your mission: drive timely, high-quality outcomes, foster strong client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to success.
This is a strategic role that blends project management, client engagement, and operational leadership—idóneo for someone with proven international experience,



a consultative mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
What You'll Do Project & Delivery Management
- Lead project execution from start to finish on time, within scope and budget
- Manage planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation using Orion Health tools and frameworks
- Ensure delivery documentation is consistently up to date and audit-ready

Client Relationship & Account Oversight
- Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related activities with French clients
- Align project goals with client priorities and ensure satisfaction across all touchpoints
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and service optimization

Team Leadership & Coordination
- Guide multi-disciplinary teams including consultants, analysts, developers, and partners
- Foster a collaborative, supportive culture and elevate issues with tact and clarity
- Champion best practices across regio
