As Content Design Lead at Evinova (within the AstraZeneca group), you define and uphold the quality and direction of content across complex, AI-enabled clinical software. You work hands-on on critical flows while shaping content strategy, tone, and patterns, collaborating with product, localization, and content delivery teams to reach multilingual audiences. You’ll drive continuous improvement through AI-assisted processes that retain a human-in-the-loop, all within a fast-changing, regulated healthcare context. This role blends leadership with craft to define the future of digital health design.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Set the direction and quality standards for content design across the team and remain hands-on on critical flows
• Maintain and evolve Evinova Content Design Guidance (tone, terminology, patterns, standards) in response to product and regulatory changes
• Create, improve and manage user-centered content meeting user needs
• Collaborate with Product to shape end-to-end experiences from definition
• Partner with UX, researchers, and developers to support product outcomes
• Work with Localization to extend guidance across languages and markets
• Coordinate with Content Delivery to publish content accurately and on schedule
• Build relationships with stakeholders including training and legal




• Champion AI-first methods to speed up content workflows while preserving quality with human oversight
• Translate complex clinical workflows into clear content for patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and pharma teams
• Utilize user research and usability data to inform design decisions and improve content
• Foster creativity and continuous improvement; integrate content design patterns into the Evinova Design System
• Mentor content designers to uplift team output quality and culture
Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in content design and UX writing for complex, multi-step digital products end-to-end
• Inclusive design experience considering diverse user needs including edge cases
• Track record of setting content strategy, standards, and guidelines that raise team quality
• xqbhyrx Native or bilingual English with clear, sophisticated communication
• Experience partnering with product, design, localization, and engineering to ship content at scale
• Practical fluency in applying AI to content workflows (drafting, editing, content operations) with human-in-the-loop
• Strong commitment to accessibility, usability, and outcome-driven metrics
• Excellent collaboration and storytelling with cross-functional influence
• Experience balancing hands-on craft with leadership and team uplift
• Based in Barcelona, willing to collaborate in-office with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects
