In this role you will lead end-to-end UX/UI work for Evinova’s Study Designer within a fast-moving, AI-enabled health tech platform. You will collaborate with research, science, product, and engineering to translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive experiences that scale. You’ll apply continuous discovery, rapid prototyping, and user testing to shape product direction and impact on health outcomes. This position offers ownership, cross-functional influence, and the chance to drive long-term product strategy in a mission-driven team.

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI design across discovery, prototyping, interaction, visual design, and documentation, aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize iterative user testing with research and science, turning insights into design decisions.

• Translate complex workflows into scalable experiences, partnering with product, research, data science, and engineering from concept to delivery.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive hands-on experience in UI, interaction design, and information architecture for complex, data- and workflow-driven digital products.
• Ability to plan and apply user research, design strategy, content design, and rapid prototyping in agile environments.
• Expertise in Figma and experience incorporating Claude Code into the design/engineering process.
• Deep experience building and applying design systems with engineering to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Experience delivering accessible products and embedding WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs within technical, data, and regulatory constraints.
• Strong collaboration, storytelling, and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage complex design problems in B2B or B2B2C environments. xqbhyrx
• Based in Barcelona with willingness to collaborate in-office and travel for research and workshops.
