In this role you will help build and scale the Agentic Platform, enabling AI-powered workflows across engineering teams. You’ll design reusable patterns for AI agents, create self-service tooling, and integrate AI capabilities with internal tools. You’ll shape guardrails and best practices to scale safely while measuring impact and guiding future development. This is an opportunity to influence how engineers work with AI at scale and join a diverse, autonomous team.

Responsabilidades
• Ownership mindset with proactive solutioning and ship-first approach
• Strong coding fundamentals; Go and TypeScript as preferred stack, language-agnostic at core
• Platform intuition to automate repetitive manual steps for all teams
• Developer tooling experience with internal platforms, plugin registries, or CI/CD xqbhyrx integrations
• AI coding habit with daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot)
• GitOps/DevOps experience; familiarity with GitHub Actions and/or AWS is a plus
• Clear communication of complex systems to engineers and non-technical stakeholders
