Are you an experienced professional in the food sector looking to pass on your expertise? A training center in Palma, Mallorca, is looking for a qualified Food Industry Vocational Trainer to deliver specialized training modules for a Dual Vocational Education and Training (FP Dual) program focused on meat industries. This position gives you the opportunity to train future workers on essential quality, hygiene, and industry standards right here on the island.

In this role, you will lead instruction for a total of 525 training hours divided across several specialized modules. Your main teaching responsibilities include:
- INAD023PO: Implementation of food quality systems in the food industry (270 hours)
- INAD047PO: Quality systems in the food industry (70 hours)
- INAD046PO: HACCP system and correct hygiene practices (60 hours)
- INAD003PO: Packaging of food products (50 hours)
- INAD028PO: Food legislation and regulations (50 hours)
- INAD021PO: R&D;+i in the food industry (25 hours)

To be eligible for this position, you should meet the standard trainer requirements:




- Minimum academic qualification of a Level 2 Certificate of Professionalism, Intermediate Vocational Degree (FP Grau Mitjà), or University Degree.
- Demonstrated practical work experience directly related to the contents of the training program.
- Accredited teaching competence or pedagogical qualification.
- Note: If no single applicant fulfills every formal requirement after publication, candidates with relevant qualifications may still be selected under an insufficiency certificate.

What is offered for this teaching position:
- Annual gross salary equivalent of 16,800 € (32 € per hour company cost for 525 total hours).
- Temporary 3-month contract beginning on October 1, 2026.
- Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, during the core block from October 1, 2026, to December 14, 2026.
