Responsabilities:
- Participate in the full selection and onboarding process for internship programs.
- Provide support to managers in defining profiles and key competencies for each vacancy.
- Participate in posting and promoting job opportunities across different channels.
- Collaborate in active search and talent attraction through various sources.




- Conduct initial screenings and manage first contact with candidates.
- Assist in coordinating the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support assessments, evaluations, and candidate follow‑up throughout the process.
- Contribute to preparing job offers and supporting onboarding processes.
- Keep the talent database updated and ensure proper management of all information.
- Contribute to identifying new talent sources, including relationships with universities and employer branding activities (networking, presentations, career fairs, etc.).

Requierements:
- Previous experience in recruiting, preferably within Advertising, Production, Marketing, or related environments.
- Interest and ability to work with various digital platforms and ATS tools.
- Demonstrates flexibility and agility, with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
