5 - 6 months of internship in the Department of Quality in Huelva

During your internship, you will gain valuable insight into quality management processes by supporting data analysis, reviewing quality and laboratory reports, assisting with documentation, and contributing to food safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will help us ensure that every product meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Support the management, analysis and maintenance of quality‑related data and records.
- Review laboratory analyses,



certifications and quality documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Assist in the monitoring and validation of analytical results linked to food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and update quality documentation and databases in internal systems.
- Prepare reports, statistics and quality analyses using Excel and other digital tools.
- Support the implementation and follow‑up of food safety procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying data trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality Team in day‑to‑day quality management activities.
