This role is designed for a student or recent graduate passionate about the audiovisual, advertising, and talent management industries. You will support the Casting & Production teams in identifying, coordinating, and managing talent for international advertising campaigns, branded content, and audiovisual productions, while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced and highly creative environment.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the Casting & Talent team in sourcing actors, models, influencers, and real people for audiovisual and advertising productions.
- Assisting in the organization and coordination of castings, self‑tapes, callbacks, and talent databases.
- Researching new talent through agencies, social media platforms, and digital communities.
- Helping prepare casting presentations, moodboards, and talent selections for clients and creative teams.
