Senior Vice President, Product
We are seeking a Director, Product Management to lead our Fleet and Autonomous Vehicle verticals. Reporting to the SVP of Product, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L; for solutions serving fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers, and Autonomous Vehicle partners — operating as a general manager who aligns engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver outcomes at scale. The role spans hardware, software,



and services — you will shape the product portfolio across charging hardware, fleet-management software, energy management, and autonomous vehicle readiness solutions while driving partnerships that expand our addressable market.
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L; for the Fleet & Autonomous Vehicle segment (depot fleet, take-home fleet, autonomous vehicle, truck/bus OEMs) — setting vision and making partnerships, pricing, packaging, and launch decisions.
Lead a team of product managers, designers, and NPI leads; Drive the hardware portfolio (pantograph chargers, truck charging, robotic charging) and the software platform (ViriCiti) as a unified product experience.
Support the development of the go-to-market strategy with Sales, Marketing, and Operations as the single point of accountability for the Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to compress team sizes, dissolve traditional role boundaries, and accelerate product delivery.
12+ years of product management experience
