The role is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary R&D; team while working in close partnership with Product Management, Commercial, Operations,



and Mill Directors to deliver customer-focused packaging solutions with a clear path to market within a three-year horizon. This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in paper or flexible packaging, strong stakeholder management skills, and the credibility to influence both technical and commercial teams in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and research bodies
10+ years in paper or versátil packaging or food manufacturing packaging.
~ Experience in R&D;, or technical-commercial leadership roles
~ Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
