As the General Deployment Lead, you are responsible for the successful deployment of one part of the project across multiple international locations.
This role requires close collaboration and strong partnership with the Deployment Workstream Lead and with local deployment leads to ensure consistent and effective execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and influencing skills,



extensive project management experience and a deep understanding of global deployment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder engagement, collaboration and coordination:
- Partnering with local deployment leads to ensure alignment and consistency in deployment strategies
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels between global and local teams

Deployment Management:
- Develop and implement detailed deployment plans, timelines, and budgets for global deployments. Make sure these plans are integrated into the main project
- Monitor deployment progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion (definition of done, definition of success, time, budget)
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the deployment process

Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and drive comprehensive deployment strategies that address the unique needs of each region, with a strong focus on adoption as well
