Lighthouse is seeking a Client Success Specialist to onboard, manage and grow relationships with hotel clients in Spain. You will use data-driven insights to optimize direct bookings and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Tech teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

The role requires German and English fluency, 2–3 years in client-facing roles within hospitality SaaS, and a legal right to work in Spain.
