You will act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee, providing accurate financial insights, driving profitability, managing risk, and supporting informed business decisions.You will oversee Finance, Procurement, and relevant financial systems and processes, ensuring strong financial governance, operational efficiency, and long-term business sustainability.What you will do:Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with the business and property objectivesAct as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee, supporting key business decisionsProvide financial analysis, scenarios, and business cases to support strategic decision-makingLead the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and short- and long-term financial planningPrepare and present accurate, clear, and insightful financial reports to Management, Ownership, and CorporateAnalyze financial performance and variances, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actionsOversee monthly financial closings, reconciliations, balance sheet controls, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirementsOversee tax management, including VAT, corporate taxes, and relevant financial filingsCoordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial informationMonitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and overall financial health of the businessDrive profitability by monitoring costs, margins, and operational performanceEvaluate investments, Cap Ex projects,



and expected returns on investment (ROI)Oversee the Procurement function, ensuring transparent, efficient, and cost-effective purchasing processesNegotiate and validate key supplier contracts and commercial agreementsImplement effective financial controls to prevent fraud and ensure the efficient use of company resourcesOversee financial and operational systems, including ERP, PMS, POS, and Procurement platformsLead system implementations, migrations, and process improvement initiativesEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial and operational systemsLead, develop, and motivate the Finance, Procurement, and relevant support teamsEstablish clear structures, responsibilities, processes, and performance standards within the departmentFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvementMaintain strong relationships with Ownership, Asset Managers, banks, auditors, and other key stakeholdersRepresent the hotel and company in financial matters with external partners and third partiesLead the Finance function during pre-opening, opening, transitions, and other major business projectsPrepare business plans, feasibility studies, financial models, and investment analyses when requiredSupport strategic projects, acquisitions, expansions, and other special initiatives as neededEnsure strong corporate governance, internal controls, transparency, and ethical financial practicesWho we’re looking for:Strategic and commercially minded finance professional with a strong understanding of the hospitality industryNatural business partner with the ability to translate financial information into clear business insightsStrong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teamsAnalytical, structured,
